By accessing and using Intura services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of our AI brand research and visibility platform.
Intura provides AI-powered brand research services including shopping simulation, AI platform monitoring, brand health analytics, competitive analysis, and influence pathway mapping. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services or systems. You may not use our services to harm competitors or engage in unfair business practices.
All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Intura and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission. You retain ownership of your brand data and content you provide.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes. This license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.
Intura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our AI simulations will be error-free or that results will be accurate. You acknowledge that AI technology is constantly evolving and results may vary.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.
